Ahmed Toure has given Asec Mimosas a morale booster ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup clash against Aduana Stars by extending his contract with the Ivorian Giants till 2020.
The Burkinabe international penned down another one year deal with Asec Mimosas.
According to Toure, he had just a contract left on his contract and extended it after series of meetings with the management of the club.
“I had already signed two years contract and have played a year with a year left for my contract to run out and they told me the one year left can run out very soon, so I should extend it. After several discussions, we came to an agreement finally and I’ve signed a year to make it two years now” Ahmed Toure confirmed in an interview with footballmadeinghana.com
Toure scored 17 goals in 14 matches for the Ivorian outfit and also helped aided the side’s qualification to the CAF Confederation Cup group stages.
