The former Dreams FC youngster joined the Romanian club last month but is yet to play.
Dwubeng’s delayed debut has been as a result of work permit complications.
With Politehnica not faring well in the opening games of the new season, the midfielder who can also play in defence is eagerly awaiting the quick resolution to his paper work to enable him help his struggling side.
“It has been hard for me to watch the team and know that I am unable to play,” he told FootballmadeinGhana.com.
“I am very confident that we will recover from this wobbly start. I just pray everything is sorted so I can also contribute my bit to the team.”
Politehnica are currently just a place above the bottom having lost three and drawn two in their opening five matches in the Romanian top flight.
