The Government of Ghana has set up a five-member Interim Management Committee to steer the affairs of Ghana football on temporal basis until the house clearing exercise is completed following the Anas Expose on corruption.
In a special Press Release signed by the Minister of Information, Hon. Mustapha Hamid on Wednesday, the five people namely Dr. Kofi Amoah (Chairperson), Cudjoe Fianoo (Member/Secretary), Abedi Pele (Member), Eva Okyere (Member ) and Reverend Osei Kofi (Member) will take charge of Ghana football for now.
The Committee also have Peace FM Sports Journalist Dan Kwaku Yeboah as the spokesperson.
Government will engage FIFA and CAF to discuss the current happenings in Ghana Football and the way forward in the coming days.
The Government of Ghana have already started process to dissolve the GFA and replace it with Ghana Football Federation.
