Ghana National Under 17 Goal Keeper’s trainer Joe Baah says the target of the team is to keep clean shee in the ongoing Africa Youth Championship in Gabon.
The Starlets have netted nine goals in two games against Cameroon and Gabon without conceding a goal.
Baah insists that is the main aim and reckons goalkeeper Ibrahim Danlad is the safest pair of hands to make that dream a reality.
“I train the goalkeepers technically, tactically and psychological and our main aim is not to concede a goal so going two games now without a ball in our net is no news,” Baah told Happy FM
“Ibrahim Danlad was picked ahead of the other goalkeepers because he is top class, a great leader and also controls the back four so well,”
He added: “All Ghanaians should rally behind us and remind us in prayers as we seek to win the trophy,”
Ghana who have already qualified for the World Cup will play Guinea in the final Group A game this weekend.
