The start of the Greater Accra Division Two League is likely to be postponed, FootballMadeInGhana.com is reliably informed.
The competition was expected to commence this weekend but checks made by FootballMadeInGhana.com at the Greater Accra FA secretariat reveals the start could be further delayed mainly due to administrative challenges.
Most of the participating clubs are yet to take delivery of the full complement of the registration cards of their players with just two days to the tentative start date.
Further checks also reveal that most of the clubs are yet to honour the payment of their affiliation fees.
The Greater Accra FA is however yet to make the likely postponement official.
Clubs however continue to prepare their teams ahead of the start of the competition.
