Dreams FC Midfielder Emmanuel Lomotey insists he is highly elated with his first Black Stars B Call Up after been named in the 30-Man list to prepare for the WAFU Tournament to be hosted by Ghana in September.
The talented central midfielder has been in fantastic form for the Ghana National Division One Zone Three leaders which has seen him win four man of match award awards already this season.
Lomotey put up a breathtaking performance against Vision FC last month under the watchful eyes of Black Stars deputy Coaches Maxwell Konadu and Ibrahim Tanko at Amrahia as his side came back from two goals down to win 3-2 on the day.
The budding talent is glad that his hard work is being rewarded and hopes to do his best in the team.
“I am very happy to be among the 30 players called, it gives me lots of confidence and shows that people are really watching me. There are lots of great players here in Ghana and for me to be part of the list is a dream come true.”Lomotey told Footballmadeinghana.com
“I am not expecting anything different as I have been in the national team (Under 20) before so this is not new to me. It is just a step ahead, I have to go there and do what I do best,”
The Black Stars (B) which is mainly home-based players will also start their qualification games in July for the 2018 CHAN Tournament in Kenya.
