Board Chairman of Asante Kotoko, Dr Kwame Kyei was in attendance at the final funeral rites of late Mr George Offei Simeon Okraku, father of President of Ghana Football Association, Kurt Edwin Simon Okraku.

Dr. Kyei led a high powered Kotoko delegation which also included former Vice-chairman Kennedy Agyapong.

The event was held at the Officers Mess – Opposite the 37 Military Hospital on Friday, February 25, 2022.

The late George Offei Simeon-Okraku passed on Sunday, November 21, 2021 after a short illness.

He was 96 years old.
