Bechem United extended their unbeaten run to ten games following a 1-1 draw against Berekum Chelsea on Friday..

Emmanuel Annor cancelled out Kofi Owusu’s opener as the Hunters fought to return to Bechem with a point.

Berekum Chelsea came close to opening the scores but a great save from Abdullai Iddrisu denied the host.

Bechem United Augestine Okrah shot went wide after he was put through on goal by Duodu.

Chelsea finally took the lead on the 31st minute, Kofi Owusu slot home the rebound after Bechem United defenders failed to clear a dangerous free kick in the penalty box.

The visitors reacted very well after going down but couldn’t break the Chelsea defense..

After the break, Bechem United came close to getting the equalizer but Clinton Duodu’s effort went over the bar.

The host also forced Abdullai Iddrisu to a great save following a powerful free kick from Hnery Ainsu.

Emmanuel Annor made it 1-1 for Bechem United heading home a cross from Augustine Okrah.

Chelsea huffed and puffed searching for the winner but the Hunters kept it tight untill the blast of the final whistle.
