Ghanaian defender Rashid Sumaila scored on his debut for Qatari side in their 3-0 win over Lusail FC On Thursday In the Qatari Division Two League.

The towering defender scored his side’s second of the game to propel them to a comfortable away win.

Sumaila was handed a start in the game few days after completing his move at the club.

The defender was impressive on the day as he was solid throughout the game.

Raphael Ramazzotti scored the first goal before Nabil Al-Zahr scored the third.

Rashid Sumaila will be hoping to help the club to secure qualifications to the Qatari Super League.
