Black Stars skipper Andre Ayew was on target for Al Sadd in their 6-0 win over Al Wakrah on Monday.

The attacker climbed off the bench to score his team’s fifth of the game as they wallop the host on the day.

Akram Afif opened the scoring after just 12 minutes before Ridrigo Tabata doubled the lead five minutes later.

Hassan Al-Haydos made it 3-0 just before the break before Afif added his second of the game after the break.

Andre Ayew stretched the lead to 5-0 as Abdelkarim Hassan completed the mauling in injury time.

The Ghanaian attacker has now scored ten goals for the club since joining them at the beginning of the season.
