Black Queens have completed preparations for Sunday’s must-win match against Nigeria with their final training session on Saturday.
The team trained at the Accra Sports Stadium earlier this afternoon and the session was open to the media for 15 minutes.
The Queens will go into tomorrow’s encounter with an enormous task of having to overturn a 2-goal deficit following defeat in Nigeria last Wednesday.
The task of overturning the deficit will however be boosted by the full support of teeming Ghanaian fans after CAF granted the GFA’s request to admit fans to the Accra Sports Stadium.
Head coach, Mercy Tagoe-Quarcoo has named a squad list of 18 players for the second leg of the 2022 African Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (AWCON) qualifiers against Nigeria.
