Karela United’s attacker, William Opoku Mensah has revealed that his greatest achievement in his young football career is the hat-trick he scored against Hearts of Oak on match day eight of the Ghana Premier League last Sunday at Aiyinase.
William Opoku Mensah came on as a substitute in the early stages of the second department of the game to score three goals for Karela United to render Daniel Kodie’s first half goal as a consolation for the Phobians.
Speaking to FootballMadeInGhana.com in an interview, William Opoku Mensah, who once played for Sekondi Eleven Wise, couldn’t hide his excitement.
“Of course, I will say it’s the greatest ever achievement in my football career, because Accra Hearts of Oak is a bigger club in Ghana. If I have being able to score three goals against them, it isn’t easy so I will say it’s the greatest achievement in my career as a footballer” he said.
