Evergreen Ghana defender Baba Rahman  completed a year loan move to Championship side Reading FC from European champions Chelsea.

Baba, earlier on Friday extended his Chelsea contract by two years before completing the loan move to Chelsea.

The hardworking left back will be the second Ghanaian at the Championship side this season with Andy Yiadom already there.
