The second edition of the Jordan Anagblah Memorial Cup has started gathering storm as beverage giants Bel-Aqau become the first to partner the tournament.
The beverage giants will be the water and beverage sponsors of the tournament and will have the singular authorization to provide water and other beverages during the tournament.
Apart from providing water and other beverages for the participating teams, Bel-Aqua will also have the platform to sell water to the teaming spectators who will throng the match venues to watch the games.
Not only the participating clubs will benefit from the provision of water by Bel-Aqua but also the match officials as well as some luck spectators.
Spectators who will watch the final will all be provided with water no matter the number at the match venue.
The deal will also see the winner of the tournament and the runner up going away with packs of Bel-Aqua Mineral Water as well as other beverages.
The tournament is for all Division Two clubs in the Greater Accra Region as well as some selected Third Division sides.
The tournament will officially be launched on the 30th of August at the Accra Sports Stadium and will be played between September 4 and October 11.
This will be the second edition of the annual tournament staged in memory of the late Jordan Anagblah, who was the Greater Accra Regional FA Chairman.
He died in 2014.
Until his demise, he was the Vice President of the Ghana Football Association and also led the Black Satellites to lift the 2009 U20 World Cup played in Egypt as the chairman of the team.
