Ghanaian Champions Accra Hearts of Oak will face Guinea side Club Industriel De Kamsar in the preliminary qualifying stage of next season’s CAF Champions League.
This follows a successful draw held by tournament organizers CAF.
The development means Hearts will come up against Amos Frimpong, former captain of the Phobians’ bitterest rivals Asante Kotoko.
Frimpong recently completed a move to CI Kamsar after playing last season in the Ghana Premier League with Eleven Wonders.
He will now attempt to hurt Hearts of Oak’s chances to please observing Asante Kotoko fans.
Hearts of Oak will play the first leg away in Guinea between 10-12 September 2021 and later host tye sevind leg on 17-19 September 2021 in Accra.
The winner of the tie will between will face Wydad Athletic Club (WAC) next.
