Mega-rich Ghana Premier League outfit Legon Cities are set to offload some first-team players, FMIG can report.
The decision to release some players forms part of efforts by the current technical team to trim the first team list while the team is also augmented with new arrivals.
New Legon Cities Head Coach Maxwell Konadu is hell-bent on letting go of some fringe players in the team to make room for new faces to join.
The current squad list of Legon Cities has 30 players who were registered for the 2020-21 campaign and Head Coach Konadu wants to trim the squad to 18 before adding new players ahead of the new season.
Maxwell Konadu who was appointed prior to the end of the season will now be taking charge of his first full season.
