Former Medeama SC forward Isaac Agyenim Boateng is on the verge of joining Ghana Premier League Champions Hearts of Oak.

The attacker is currently undergoing medicals and will penned a deal after afterwards.

The 25-year-old will reunite with his former boss Samuel Boadu in the capital.

He ended his four-year stay in Tarkwa after the expiration of his contract in May.

Agyenim Boateng will become the Phobians first signing after winning the Ghana Premier League.
