Qatari giants Al Sadd have completed the signing of Andre Ayew in the ongoing transfer window.
The Black Stars skipper joined the club as a free agent following his departure from English Championship side Swansea City in June.
The 31 year old penned a two-year contract with an option for an additional year.
He was unveiled on Thursday after completing all the necessary processes.
Ayew’s move is similar to his predecessor as Ghana captain, Asamoah Gyan, who left the English league for the Middle East when he moved from Sunderland to Al Ain in the UAE.
