Friday’s club friendly between Anderlecht and Ajax will pit two Ghanaian midfield dynamos, Majeed Ashimeru and Kudus Mohammed  together as both of their clubs gear up for the upcoming season.

The friendly which will take place at the Lotto Park in Brussels will kick off at exactly 17:30 GMT.

Kudus Mohammed who has already scored for Ajax in preseason will be hoping to get another when he comes up against compatriot Majeed Ashimeru.

Kudus has gradually grown into a key figure in the Ajax setup having enjoyed a stellar debut season where he won the Dutch league and Dutch Cup.

Ashimeru who recently joined Anderlecht on a permanent deal will also be looking to continue from where he left off last season having enjoyed a successful loan spell with the Belgian giants.

Both teams are expected to field strong teams for the friendly which  could  see the two midfielders will go toe-to-toe against each other.
