Points were evenly shared when Accra Hearts of Oak faced-off against Great Olympics in a pulsating #GaMashie Derby in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.
The two regional rivals met at the Vacra Sports Stadium with lots at stake than just the bragging rights.
Both sides had title ambitions and were eager to wrestle for the three points to help their ambitions.
Hearts who started the game trailing bitterest rivals Asante Kotoko by a point needed victory to return top of the pile while Olympics eyed closing the gap on the top spot.
Hearts took the lead courtesy a rifled long range effort from Emmanuel Nettey. However, Great Olympics responded with an equaliser when Maxwell Abbey Quaye beat goalkeeper Richard Attah with a header.
