Former Asante Kotoko SC winger Maxwell Baakoh has completed a loan move to Libyan top-flight side Al Madina SC.

Baakoh is joining the Tripoli based side from Egypt Premier League outfit Ceramica Cleopatra FC after a slow start in the Egyptian League.

The 25-year old has struggled to command starting place at Cleopatra since joining them in December 2020 after leaving Asante Kotoko on a free transfer.

He has managed only two appearances from 22 rounds in the Egyptian top-flight this season.

Baakoh will play for Al Madina for the second half of the Libya Premier League campaign as he search for game time.

The club have an option to make the deal permanently should Baakoh impresses at the end of the season.
