Promising attacker Frederick Akatuk exhibited another class by scoring a hatrick in side’s Mighty Jets overwhelming victory in the Division One League on Saturday.
Mighty Jets walloped Phar Rangers by 4-1 win at the Teshie Mats Park to continue their resurgent in the ongoing in matchday 14 of the second tier league.
Akatuk put his side ahead with a sublime finish after controlling a cut back cross in the penalty area and easily buried the ball at the back of the net.
The 18 year old came really strong in the second half scoring a fine curler just behind the edge of the penalty box to make it 2-0.
The Ghana U17 star capped off his performance with his third on the day rounding three defenders to slot in from a close range to complete his hat-trick on the day.
He was named man of the match following an outstanding display for his side.
The former Juventus babies player has now scored 7 goals in 14 games for the Tudu based team in this season’s campaign.
The win saw Tudu Mighty Jets climbed up from 14th to 11th position on the Zone three log with 14 points.
Akatuk 18, was part of the Black Satellites squad that suffered a group stage elimination in the 2019 WAFU U-20 Championship which was staged in Lome, Togo.
