Liberty Professionals and Inter Allies played out a pulsating 2-2 draw at Carl Reindorf Park on Sunday.
After a cagey opening 20minutes, Allies took the lead against the run of play through Nafiu Sulemana after connecting with a corner kick.
The visitors kept it tight and deservedly went into the break with a 1-0 lead.
The Scientific Soccer lads upped their game in the second half to draw level on the hour mark courtesy of Stanley Aniagyei’s brilliant finish.
Abraham Wayo then converted a penalty 10 minutes later to put Liberty in front and on the verge of claiming back to back victories for the first time this season.
But Super-sub Hashmin Musah struck in stoppage time to ensure both team’s settled for a point.
