According to him, Ghana had set the target of making the final which automatically qualifies the finalist to the 2021 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations in Mauritania.
After winning against Niger via penalty shootout, the Black Satellites will next face Burkina Faso with the ultimate trophy at stake.

“You know if you suffer to get something and you have it, definitely you have to be excited.
“Many didn’t believe in us before we left Ghana. But I made a promise to the president.
“I am very happy that at the end of the day I’ve been able to qualify to the AFCON in Mauritania. So for me I’ve achieved the objective of being the head coach of the Satellites.
Coach Karim Zito has however pointed out that achieving their target, will not affect his team’s focus to win the trophy which he mentions will serve as the perfect bonus.
“The most important thing is qualifying. Now what we are going in for is a bonus that will carry us and encourage that will push the FA forward and the Satellites forward,” he said.
“I can’t say this match will be easy. But at the end of the day we will bring the cup home,” he concluded.
