Asante Kotoko Captain Felix Annan has spoken about the team’s readiness ahead of the upcoming season, and says the club can annex their first league title in 6 years, provided there is a unity if purpose, hard work and determination.
The Porcupine Warriors have been busy during the recently ended transfer window, making some valuable additions to the squad.
The likes of Emmanuel Keyekeh, Latif Anabila, MUniru Sulley, Evans Adomako, Patrick Asmah, Razak Abalora and others have joined Coach Maxwell Konadu’s team in a bid to improve standards ahead of the new season.
Kotoko will kickstart their campaign on November 14 with a home game against Eleven Wonders and Annan is confident that they can have a triumphant season only if they work hard together and are fully determined.
“Its hard work and determination and as well as giving our 100% determination. This is a big club and each and every season, we are Asante Kotoko…we have to fight for every trophy,” Annan told the club’s official channel.
“Its hard time we group ourselves, and then we move forward and then we bring the lost glory. So for us we know its all about hard work. When we come together as one team, as one family, when we work together as one, hopefully we can bring back the league”, he added.
