Goldfields Ghana has replaced Betway Ghana as the new headline sponsors of Medeama SC after signing a three-year deal on Monday.

The mining company announced a mouthwatering $300,000 deal with the Tarkwa based club on Monday at an event in Accra.

The deal will see Goldfield Tarkwa Damang a subsidiary of Goldfield Ghana pump a gargantuan $300,000 in the club.

Medeama board chairman, Dr. Toni Aubynn signed on behalf of Medeama whiles The Executive Vice President and Head of GoldFields in West Africa, Alfred Baku also signed on behalf of the Mineral company.

The mining firm is already constructing a 10,000 seater capacity stadium worth $13m for the club amid a sustained sponsorship to make the team unbeatable in the West African nation.
