The Court of Arbitration for Sports has dismissed an appeal filed by Wilfred Osei Kwaku Palmer against the Ghana Football Association with respect to the decisions taken by the GFA’s Elections Committee on October 4 and October 8 2019.
Osei Palmer was disqualified from the GFA Presidential race on October 4 by the vetting committee for allegedly failing to pay 10% of the transfer fees involving Joseph Paintsil to Ferencvárosi Torna Club.
He subsequently filed an appeal 4 days later which was out-rightly rejected. Osei Palmer then put the matter before the CAS, and now the verdict has been delivered.
