Ghana Premier League giants Accra Hearts of Oak have announced the signing of Isaac Mensah from Division One side Nkoranza Warriors.
The highly-rated teenager has put pen to paper on a three-year deal after completing all the necessary processes.
The striker will add quality and pace to the Phobian attack in the forthcoming season.
The club is expected to make a few more additions to their squad as they target an end to their 11-year wait for a league title.
