Chief Executive Officer of Ghana Premier League outfit AshGold Emmanuel Frimpong, has emphatically confirmed that his side’s  in a serious search for talented young players to boast their squad ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup campaign next year.

AshGold will be Ghana’s representative in next year’s competition as holders of the NC Special Tier ll Cup after the Ghana Football Association’s decision to cancel the 2019/20 season.

The Miners needs to get things right this time round after they were booted out by Tunisian giants RS Berkane last season.

In an exclusive interview with Ashh FM, Emmanuel revealed that they are looking for young players to strengthen their squad ahead of the campaign next season .

“We are searching for young talented players to help the experienced once to reach our target in Africa. We want to go far this time.”

AshGold will represent Ghana in the CAF Confederation Cup while their rivals Asante Kotoko will be in the CAF Champions League
