Chief Executive Officer of Ghana Premier League side Obuasi AshantiGold SC, Emmanuel Frimpong is very positive that his side will improve on their last performance in the CAF Confederation Cup.

His comments come after the club was given the nod to represent Ghana in the second tier of CAF’s inter club competitions while Asante Kotoko represents in the Champions League.

‘The Miners’ got the nod last term by virtue of winning the NC’s Special Competition Tier 2, but suffered early elimination.

Emmanuel Frimpong, makes a point that the team has learnt from their mistakes during their last appearance and are eager to go this term with an improved performance.
