Medeama SC coach Samuel Boadu has offered his two cents on calls for the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season to be cancelled.
All football activities in the country has been suspended indefinitely due to the outbreak of the deadly Coronavirus which has so far infected nearly 900,000 people, persons worldwide, killing over 40,000.
As at Thursday April 2, 2020, Ghana has recorded 192 confirmed cases of Covid-19, involving five deaths.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with FootballMadeInGhana, Samuel Boadu remained on the fence when quizzes about the ongoing debate with regards to the possibility of discontinuing the current season.
“I think we should wait and see If we have an option to continue then that will be good but if it’s not possible for us to keep on playing then truncating the current campaign will be accepted in good faith. It all depends on the time that a solution is found for the Coronavirus” he told FootballMadeInGhana
