King Faisal were held to a goalless draw by Medeama SC at the Ohene Ameyaw Park during a Ghana Premier League Match Week 13 fixture.
It was a game the home side should have won but a lack of cutting edge saw them drop another home point.
King Faisal had a good start to the game and could have taken the lead as early as 4th minute of the game, but Kwame Peprah’s effort was saved by Ofori Antwi.
The home side dominated the play as Medeama SC struggled to find their feet in the game.
Kwame Peprah was put through on goal by Emmanuel Maidawa but his shot hit the goalpost.
Medeama SC had the best chance of the half in the 37th minute, but Opoku Agyemang blasted the ball wide.
The visitors lifted up their performance after the recess and nearly took the lead but good goalkeeping by Alex Domfeh denied him.
King Faisal chance fell to Ibrahim Osman but his header was saved by Ofori Antwi.
King Faisal huffed and puffed late in the game but couldn’t put one pass by Ofori Antwi.
