Legon Cities FC were held to a 1-1 draw by Great Olympics on Matchday 10 of the Ghana Premier League on Friday evening.
Yakubu Mohammed broke the deadlock for the hosts at the Accra Sports Stadium after a great team move in the 23rd minute.
Maxwell Oppong won the ball in midfield, racespass three players of Olympics and laid a pass through for Yakubu Mohamed, who went round the onrushing goalkeeper to make it 1-0.
However, the visitors restored parity before the break through Ibrahim Sulley.
The Wonder Club dominated the second half in terms of goal attempts but were left to rue their missed chances at the end of proceedings.
In the end, both teams settled for a point after an entertaining encounter in Accra.
Cities will next travel to Kumasi to face struggling King Faisal while Olympics play as hosts to Berekum Chelsea on Matchday 11.
