Karela United have receive an injury boost as workaholic defender Nurudeen Abdulai returns to training ahead of their match day 3 showdown against Inter Allies.

The center-back missed his side’s 1-1 drawn game away at Elimina Sharks at the Nduom sports complex on match day two after suffering an injury in match day one against WAFA.

The defender has since resumed training as they prepare to face Inter Allies this weekend.

The Nzema based side will be targeting their first win of the season this  weekend when they play at home against Inter Allies in Tarkwa on Sunday in the match day three of the Ghana Premier League.
