Accra Hearts of Oak have confirmed their defender Mohammed Alhassan has extended his contract with the club ahead of the start of the league campaign.

Alhassan who joined the Phobians two season ago has established himself as one of the most important members of the squad with his influence on and off the pitch.

The club wrote: ”Mohammed Alhassan extends his contract with hearts of oak.’

His performance earned him a place in Ghana’s pre-2019 Africa Cup of Nations squad. He was part of the Black Stars B team that finished runners up at the WAFU Nations Cup in Senegal
