Black Meteors Skipper Yaw Yeboah has set his sight on beating Mali in their last group encounter in the ongoing U23 African Cup of Nations in Egypt.
Ghana’s hopes of qualifying to the 2020 Olympics hang by a thread after their opening day draw with Cameroon and defeat to Egypt in their second group game on Monday.
Ibrahim Tanko and his lads will need to beat Mali on Thursday and hope Egypt beat Cameroon in the other game which is scheduled to be played simultaneously.
“It has been though for us, but we are hopeful that we can make something happen. We are ready and will make sure to get a win” He told the media at the present match presser.
“It was unfortunate we lost to Egypt, we are getting prepared for our last game against Mali.
“We are just focusing on our game, just to make sure we win and we shall see what happens in the other game, but for now we just want to win” He reiterated.
