Ghana Premier League giants Accra Hearts of Oak have thrown their weight of support behind Lawyer Amanda Clinton in the upcoming GFA Presidential race.

Ms Clinton, who has been involved in football revealed that she has the endorsement of the Phobians and other clubs ahead of next month’s elections.

“Yes it’s true Hearts of Oak proposed to me, with a number of clubs, and I mentioned them because they are the oldest club in Ghana,” Clinton was quoted by Oyerepa FM.

Per a document sighted by FootballMadeInGhana.com, the astute lawyer has completed filing of her nomination forms to contest in the elections slated for October 27.

She joins other top guns including Dreams FC Executive chairman Kurt Okraku and George Afriyie who are all vying for the hot seat.
