Felix Annan (6/10) – Wasn’t tested much despite his side been the second best on the day. Saved two penalty kicks during the shootouts.
Patrick Yeboah ( 6/10) -Was overrun by Amos Addai on the left side. Got caught out several times when the visitors attack.
Empem Dacosta(6 /10) – Was very aggressive on the right side of the defense. Kept Marco Silver quite in the game. Contributed nothing on the attack.
Habib Mohammed (7 /10) – Probably the most solid game he has had for Kotoko this season. Strong in the tackle and good positioning for much of the match. Dealt very well with Shafiu Mumuni
Samed Ibrahim (6 /10) – Making his debut for Kotoko against his former club, Samed Ibrahim had a quite game. Played without any tension on him.
Justice Blay ( 6/10) – Was over crowded in the middle of the pitch. Helped his back four with some dangerous interventions.
Godfred Asiamah ( 6/ 10) – Showed glimpses of his quality when he is on the ball, nearly assisted Arthur in the first half only to be denied by Frank Boateng. Faded afterwards.
Jordan Opoku ( 5/10) – Rarely make impact in the game. Had to do a lot of defensive work due to Ashanti gold dominance.
Kelvin Andoh (6 /10) – Started very well but fadedĀ after the half hour mark. Got most of his decision making wrong. His final deliveries was disappointing.
Kingsley Effah Osei ( 5/10)- Not a debut to remember. The former Wa All-stars player failed to stamp his authority in the game. Was made to chase the ball by the Ashgold midfielders. Was substituted in the second half.
Richard Arthur ( 6/10) – Struggled to get the better of Mubarik Yussif. Didn’t get enough supplies from his teammates. Couldn’t continue from where he left against Kano Pillars

Augustine Okrah ( 5/10) – Came for Jordan Opoku in the second half, struggled to make impact in the game. His only effort was saved by Boateng.
Mudasiru Salifou ( 5/10) – Showed a glimpse of his quality, tried his best to show his worth. Very strong on the ball.
Naby Keita ( 5/10) – Didn’t make any impact in the game as his side saw less of the ball.
Alex Didi ( 5/10) – late Cameo.

Frank Boateng (6 /10) – Wasn’t tested much in the game as his side dominated the game. Saved three penalties during the shootout.
Kwadwo Amoako ( 6/10) – The right back did well to keep Kelvin Andoh at bay. His understanding with Amos Addai on the right side was a joy to watch. Delievered some good crosses in the penalty box.
Eric Donkor ( 7/10)- Nearly setup Shafiu for the opener with a good cross from the left side. Didn’t have to defend as Ashantigold dominated play.
Mubarik Yussif ( 7/10)- Took the responsibility at the back after Eric Osei Agyemang got injured. Commanded the back by inspiring the young Musah Mohammed. Didn’t give Richard Arthur a breathing space.
Eric Osei Agyemang ( /10) – Didn’t make any impact in the game. Got injured two minute into the game.
James Akaminko ( 7/10) – Won the midfield battle against Blay, provided the needed shield for the back four. Kept Godfred Asiamah in his pocket throughout his stay on the pitch.
Abdul Latif Anabila (7 /10)- Good game by the former Wa All-stars player, the presence of Appiah McCarthy and James Akaminko allowed him to play in a more advance role. Another mature performances by the Local Black Stars.
Appiah McCarthy ( 7/10)- Dictated the pace of the game with lovely exchanges in the middle of the pitch. He was the link between the defense and the midfield. Had almost all touches right. Brought off for Abagna in the second half.
Amos Addai ( 7/10)- Gave Patrick Yeboah a good run for his money. Was a constant threat to the Kotoko defense anytime he surge foward. Fade off in the second half.
Marcos Silva ( 5/10)- Worked very hard for the team. Didn’t do much to help Shafiu Mumuni and Addai when the team is on the attack. Was withdrawn for Emmanuel Owusu
Shafiu Mumuni ( 7/10) – Great game by the marksman. Wore his socks off for the team. Was twice denied by the impressive Felix Annan. Battled very well with his former teammates Samed Ibrahim.
Substitute
Musah Mohammed ( 6/10) – Very good outing by the young chap. Replaced injured Eric Osei Agyemang. His confidence rised in the second half.
David Abagna ( 5 /10) – Added a fresh energy in the game, got all his passes on point.
Amos Nkrumah (6/10)- Spirited performance by the winger, gave Patrick Yeboah a tough game on the left side. Hid combination with Amoako on the right side was on point.
