Injured Kotoko midfielder Richard Senanu is set to return to Ghana on Monday August 5 to continue his rehabilatation on a knee injury.
Senanu has spent three weeks undergoing rehabilitation in Germany in accordance with the recovery plan set out by the Doctor who operated him three weeks ago.
There’s no indication as to when he might be able to feature again, so it’s unclear if he’ll be able to take part in the later part of the Champions League should the team advance to the the stage.
Loan signing Justice Blay will have to make do until he can return.
Richard Senanu has not been in action since sustaining an injury during the club’s CAF Confederation Cup game against Zesco United in February.
