Inform Heart of Lions continued their unbeaten run in the tier two league of the Normalization Committee Special Competition by beating Elmina Sharks by a lone goal. 

The Premier League club were expected to walk over the division one side at the Ndoum Stadium after finishing fourth in the Zone B of the tier one league. 

But a sublime finish from Eric Esso late in the game secured the Volatarians a hard fought victory and book their spot to the last 16 of the competition. 

The win marks Heart of Lions 11th in NC Competition in 15 games, they have only shared the points for times in the competition. 

They have scored 16 goals and conceded only one in the competition. Making them the best defensive team in the competition.
