Ghana striker Jordan Ayew has stepped up his personal training ahead of the Black Stars pre-AFCON training camp to be staged in Dubai.
The Crystal Palace striker wants to be in the best of shapes for the tournament as he failed to gather the numbers with his club in the just ended season.
The former Swansea City and Marseille striker found the back of the next just once for Crystal Palace in the just ended English Premier League in 20 appearances.
Despite falling short at his club side, Jordan was phenomenal with the Black Stars when he returned to the national team in the AFCON qualifier against Ethiopia, bagging a brace to win the game for Ghana.
Jordan has been named in coach Kwasi Appiah’s 29-man provisional squad for the 2019 AFCON tournament.
