Ghana duo Musah Nuhu and Majeed Ashmeru were on target for Swiss Super League side St Gallen as they hammered defending champions Young Boys by 4-1 on Wednesday evening.
Musah Nuhu who has just received his maiden call up into the national team announced his joy with a powerful goal for his side to open the floodgates in the 20th minute.
Barnett’s increased the tally for the hone side on the stroke of half time to leave the score at 2-0 before the break.
Sierro converted a beautiful penalty on the 58th minute before Ngamaleu reduced the tally for the visitors ten minutes later.
In-form Majeed Ashmeru dramatically grabbed the fourth goal on the 79th minute to restore the 3-goal lead to send St Gallen to 5th on the league log.
Ashmeru was, however, conspicuously missing from the 29 provisional Black Stars list.
