Dreams FC technical director Abdul Karim Zito says we must allow Kwesi Appiah to do his work as he is the boss in charge.
Zito who handled the recent Ghana Black Starlets team maintains that no one should impose anything on the gaffer as he (Appiah) knows his work better than every one.
“We should allow Kwesi Appiah to manage the team since he will take the ultimate in responsibility when there is failure and in success.” Zito told New Mercury FM
“I don’t see anything wrong with Gyan being stripped of the captaincy because it was with someone and they gave it to him. His posture will suggest selfishness.”
He added: “I was surprised by Gyan’s decision. The other players should stand up and deliver for Ghanaians if he will not play.”
Asamoah Gyan retired from the Ghana Black Stars team on Monday after Kwesi Appiah told him of his decision to appoint a new captain and elevate him to the General Captain role.
