Ghana and TSG Hoffenheim defender Kassim Nuhu has congratulated fellow Black Stars team mate Thomas Teye Partey for winning the 2018 SWAG Footballer of the Year despite missing out.
Kassim who was in keen competition for the award lost it to the Atleti star who sept two prestigious awards on Saturday night at the International Conference Center.
Despite losing the award, Kassim has applauded his Black Star team mate for the wonderful achievement.

Partey inspired Atletico Madrid to win the 2018 Europa League title to beat competition from Kassim who won the 2018 SWISS League with FC Young Boys.
Kassim and Partey have been very good friend since their early stages of their career.
Other nominees for the award were KRC Genk’s Joseph Aidoo, Asante Kotoko’s Felix Annan and John Antwi of Msr El Makasa.
