Eleven Wonders were undone by hard luck as Berekum Chelsea fought back to get a point at Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park on Wednesday afternoon.
Zakaria Fusseni 96th minutes strike cancelled Alex Asamoah’s second half strike as Berekum Chelsea fought back to get a point at home.
The first half was a close duel as both sides played it tight at the back.
Despite being the better side in the first half, Berekum Chelsea failed to break the strong defensive set up of Wonders
Eleven Wonders came from the break charged and determined to get the opener.
But it was the visitors who drew the first blood when wlveteran striker Alex Asamoah gave them the lead in the 65th minute, with a great striker in the penalty box.
Chelsea lifted up their performance after the goal but couldn’t get the equalizer as wonders defended very well.
Zakaria Fusseni saved the day for the home side as his late strike found the back of the net to draw level in the 96th minute.
