Asante Kotoko enforcer Kwame Bonsu is hopeful of getting back soon after sustaining an injury in his side’s 1-0 win over Aduana Stars in the Normalisation Committee game on Sunday.
Bonsu had to make way for Prince Acquah in the 35th minute after what seems like a leg injury in the epic clash.
Bonsu is confident that he will recover soon and feature in his club’s subsequent games.
“Really unfortunate I couldn’t finish the game yesterday due to a deep cup I had, I’ve had treatment and am looking forward to be on the pitch again!,” Bonsu posted on Twitter.
“I thank God for everything that happens. Thanks to everyone for the kind messages, I appreciate it,”
Bonsu 24, has been CK Akonnor’s best midfielder since joining the team in October last year after his sojourn in Sweden.
