After defeating Nsoatreman by 3-1 in the Normalization Committee Special Competition opener, Unity FC head Coach Asare Bediako has set a target of reaching the semi-finals of the Special Competition Tier 2 League.
According to the coach, Unity FC don’t fear any team in the competition despite admitting his side weren’t at their best in the game against Nsoatreman
“I wasn’t impressed with the performance of my players because I know how they use to play in Ghana football.
“My target is to get to the semi finals of tier two league.
“I’m not scared of any team in Ghana. I’m capable and qualified to coach any team in Ghana. I’m CAF license A coach,” He told me media at the post match Presser.
Asare Bediako also thanked the Normalization Committee for bringing football back.
“The return of football is very good.
“You could see the players struggling with fitness at the beginning.
“Things will get better as we continue to play many games.
“I’m hoping the Normalization Committee will make our football better,” he added.
Other matches in the competition will continue on Sunday.
