Former Asante Kotoko attacker Dauda Mohammed has no regrets leaving the Porcupine Warriors for greener pastures in Europe, insisting it’s the best place for a player to develop.
Dauda Mohammed also stated he has learned a lot since his move to the Belgian side despite not having many chances at the club.
He is currently on loan at Vitesse Arnhem and hoping to develop from there.
Speaking exclusively to Footballmadeinghana.com, Dauda Mohammed insisted moving to Anderlecht has made him a better player.
“I simply don’t agree with that (leaving Kotoko has stalled my progress) even though I never know what might have happened but there’s no place to develop well than Europe,” he said.
“I know I didn’t have a lot of chances in Anderlecht but I’ve learned a lot from there and it has improved me to become a better player,” he added.
Dauda Mohammed also insisted he is happy with his current situation and hoping to break through the National team.
