Ashanti Gold SC presented a replica jersey of the club to former Super Eagles midfielder Seyi Olofinjana.
The ex-Nigerian international who is now the Loans and Pathway manager at English Premiership side Wolverahampton Wanderers oversees that the club’s up-and-coming players, as well as first team stars, have all their needs covered as they spend time playing their football away from Molineux.
Olofinjana was in Obuasi over the weekend to watch the Ashanti Gold Youth team which drew 2-2 with Still Hope FC in Obuasi.

Seyi spent four years at Wolves playing 135 EPL games and scoring 16 goals.
