The Black Stars of Ghana held their recovery training on Sunday afternoon after their clash with Kenya without Inter Milan midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah.
The playmaker who now plays at the left side of defence for Inter Milan is believed to have missed the recovery training due to a slight knee injury.
All the twenty outfield players and the three goalkeepers were part of the training supervised by head coach Kwasi Appiah with the former Juventus man being the only absentee.
It is believed that Kwadwo Asamoah was out of the session with the permission of Coach Kwasi Appiah.
Goalkeeper Richard Ofori had a separate exercise with trainer Richard Kingson.
Kwadwo Asamoah did not feature for Ghana as they pipped Kenya on Saturday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Following the departure of the U23 to Gabon, deputy coach Ibrahim Tanko was absent.
